This website sets no cookies, uses no third-party audience measurement tool and loads no resource from another domain: fonts are hosted on the site itself.

Demo request. The form sends your name, email address, phone number if given, club name, city, number of locations, booking software and message. This information is stored on the site's server (hosted by Hostinger) and sent to us by email, to a Gmail (Google) mailbox, which may process it outside the European Union; a confirmation email, which does not repeat your details, is sent to you. It is used only to arrange the demo and send you a proposal, on the basis of your request; it is never transferred or used for any other purpose. It is deleted automatically three years after it was sent, and no later than three years after our last exchange.

Booking a demo. The “Demo” section shows the free slots; it asks the site's server for them without sending anything about you. When you book, your name, email address, phone number if given, club name and city, club address for an on-site demo, number of locations, software and message are stored on the site's server, outside the published pages, so that the same slot cannot be booked twice, then deleted automatically 90 days after the appointment. They are also sent to us by email, and a confirmation email, which does not repeat your details, is sent to you. For a video demo, the site creates a Jitsi Meet link (video-conferencing service of the company 8x8), used only if you join it.

Audience measurement. The site counts, day by day, the pages viewed and the site the visitor came from (for example google.com). No cookie is set, and no IP address or identifier is recorded: these figures cannot identify anyone.

A pseudonymised fingerprint of your IP address is used to limit abusive submissions: it is counted for one hour, then deleted.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@ge2smart.com, and lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Like any web server, the host records technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) to keep the site secure and running.

The GE2 Service app itself is served at other addresses, specific to each club. The member data it processes is governed by the contract with each club and by its own privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The texts, screenshots and the GE2 Service name belong to the publisher unless stated otherwise. Screenshots show the app in demo mode with fictional data. Illustration photos are AI-generated and show fictional characters. The Barlow Condensed, Source Sans 3 and JetBrains Mono fonts are distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (licence texts in the fonts/ folder).
